  Sadie, check with Groovin Megzz here on tribe--you can find her in my friends--she used to live in that area and is totally fired up about hooping--I'm sure she knows a bunch of folks. You could also throw a post on Richmond Hoopers (see my tribes) and RVA Hoop Lovers --Richmond is not terribly far away from C-ville. Also, Cari from the HP Retreat (remember, she had the pirate eye patch?) lives in Richmond and is connected to the flow/fire community of that whole area.
