After the fabulous turnout of local hoopers when Ms. Rosie came in to town, I think its apparent we have a wonderful collection of people who like to hoop in this area. :)
Sooooo, provided the weather holds, is anyone interested in getting together on Sunday afternoon? Similar spot works for me, I am beginning to love Meridian Park.

Thu, April 10, 2008 - 11:52 AMI'd love to do it again, but I'll be in Crystal City from 1 to 4PM (it lasts until 6, but my sister and I have to work a gig on Sunday night) for their block party and kick-off for the jet project. They are spreading the jets and plane sculptures around the city now. There are lots of cool parks for hooping in the Crystal City area, but none of them have the view of Meridian Park. The block party might make it a fun place to be though because it's free and they'll have live music. www.crystalcity.org/eventdetail.asp
